Day 3 : Rethinking the game
We realized that the current idea isn't too aligned with the theme.
Hence we rethought the game loop and rewrote the GDD.
Some of the core updates were: Now the game is a continuous platformer so that the player can have different enemies and the level can vary.
We faced some major roadblocks on graphics while creating the animations. The animations were not center aligned and hence the animation does not run properly. We need to fix this but we need to do this at a later point. Currently, we have skipped the jump and land animations.
Insight: When we create a game, we always need to align with the theme. And sometimes need to change the direction to have a better alignment.
